Do I have to provide the copy?
Yes — you provide the message or content direction. However, if you're unsure what to say, we can help you shape the copy based on a rough idea. We're not a copywriting agency, but we're happy to help find the right words for a graphic.
Do I need to have professional photos?
No, though professional photos certainly elevate the result. We can create compelling graphics using premium stock images, vector illustrations, typography-led designs, or a mix — depending on your brand aesthetic.
Which social media platforms do you design for?
All of them. Instagram (feed, stories, reels covers), LinkedIn (posts, banners), Facebook (posts, ads, covers), X/Twitter, YouTube thumbnails, TikTok covers — you name it. We know exactly what sizes and specs each platform requires.
Are Reels or video content included?
We design flat graphics only — no video or motion animation. This includes static Reel cover images, which we can absolutely create. For animated or video content, we recommend partnering with a dedicated video production studio.
How many rounds of revisions do I get?
All packages include 2 rounds of revisions per monthly batch. In practice, most clients are happy after the first round. We nail your brand aesthetic quickly, especially after the first month of working together.
How do I receive my files?
We deliver all files via a shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder. Each graphic is named clearly and sized correctly for the platform it's intended for — ready to upload directly without any additional editing.
Do you offer editable templates?
Yes, as an à la carte add-on. We design 10 editable templates in Canva or Adobe Express so your team can adapt designs independently. Note that some advanced design elements may be simplified to work within those tools' capabilities.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All packages are month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. That said, most clients stay for 6+ months — because once you have a designer who truly knows your brand, it's hard to give that up.
