We find out your direct and indirect competitors’ websites and analyze them. This includes which pages of their website are getting links and where they are linked from. 3. Create the ideal target list

This is a list of websites that are talking and sharing information about your industry. These are where your targeted audiences usually hang out. Having a link from this type of website is what we are targeting. Your target list can also be a mix of topical blogs, partners, e-commerce, industry organizations, etc. The target lists are basically qualified based on these factors:

  • Are they relevant to your industry? How can they connect with you?
  • The link tactic: is it guest posts, resources, expert roundups, etc.?
  • A content type that we will be reaching for is commercial, informative, entertaining, newsworthy, video, or text.
  • Are they safe? Are they linking to a shady, spammy site?
  • Are they actually ranking for some keywords? We have seen thousands of websites rank for non-relevant or spammy keywords. Imagine a technology blog ranking for keywords about a celebrity’s bio and net worth.
  • Metrics are something we do not care much about because there are thousands of websites with high DA/PA and DR/UR and hundreds of articles that actually rank for zero keywords.
  • Your competitor’s existing backlinks. How are they linking, and what other sites are they linking to?

Once we have a list of our prospects, we will list out the prospects’ names and emails as well so that you can check whom we are reaching out to. We generally avoid gatekeepers and reach out to decision-makers directly.

4. Outreach:

We DON’T blast the list with the same email. Our experience says targeted, customized, and personalized email works best. Our goal is just not to send an email with the end of getting a link. What you can expect?

For a typical campaign, we deliver 10-15 links from relevant, quality sites for USD 2300, covering the costs of content such as guest posts and linkable assets. Additional costs for complicated or extensive linkable assets will be discussed beforehand.
Links on major brand sites may take time to go live due to editorial schedules set a month in advance. The initial period to achieve 10 links can take 4 to 6 weeks due to set-up and process refinement. On average, you will receive 10-15 live links per month.
Payments are made upfront, with the next invoice issued before the month ends.
